Last updated 1 November 2026. These are the terms between Cevora and the business that signs up for it. They are short because the deal is simple.
1. The service
Cevora is online software for running a water treatment dealership: leads, quotes, installs, rental contracts, service plans, texting, payments and reports. You get an account for your business at your own address under getcevora.com, for the people on your plan.
2. Your account
You must be a business, and the person who signs up must be allowed to bind it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think they have been used by someone else. You are responsible for what the people you add to your account do in it, and for setting their permissions.
3. Trial, plans and payment
The trial is 14 days with every feature and no card. After that you choose a plan and pay monthly in advance; extra users are billed at the published rate. Prices are on the pricing page and can change with 30 days’ notice by email; a change never applies to a month you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time and your plan ends at the end of the paid month. There are no refunds for part months.
4. Your connected accounts
Texting runs through your own OpenPhone account and card payments through your own Stripe account. Their terms and their fees apply to you directly. Cevora sends messages and charges only as instructed by your settings and your staff; you are the sender of every text and the merchant on every charge.
5. Texting rules
You agree to text only people who have asked to hear from your business or have a relationship with it, to honour every STOP, and to follow the TCPA and your carriers’ rules. Cevora enforces STOP and do-not-disturb automatically and keeps the record; you remain responsible for consent. Our texting policy describes what the system does.
6. Your data
Your data – your customers, leads, contracts, messages, everything you put in – is yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time. We can use anonymous, aggregated usage information to improve Cevora.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Cevora to break the law, to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you unless the matter is urgent.
8. Availability and support
We aim for Cevora to be available all the time and we tell you about planned maintenance. Support is by text and email during Indianapolis business hours, and we answer urgent problems outside them when we can. Cevora is provided as is; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cevora’s total liability to you for anything arising from the service in a year is limited to what you paid us in that year, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss – lost profit, lost data you did not export, or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time; export your data first. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break these terms and do not fix it when asked. After closure your data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters we will email you 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Cevora after that means you accept the change.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Indiana, and disputes go to the courts of Marion County, Indiana, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
