Made for water treatment dealers
Cevora is built in Indianapolis. It exists because the software a water treatment dealer could buy did not understand a rental, a service plan or a water test – so we built one that does.
Why it exists
A water treatment dealer sells a system once and then looks after it for a decade: the rental that bills every month, the service plan with its filter visits, the salt, the warranty, the referral from a happy customer three years in. The software on the market is built for trades where a job is quoted, done and invoiced. Every dealer we know has stitched one of those products to a spreadsheet, a calendar and a shoebox of signed agreements.
Cevora is the system a dealer would build if a dealer could: the lead, the water test, the quote signed at the kitchen table, the install, the rental on autopay, the service plan with its filter visits, the commission statement – one record for the whole life of a customer. It is offered to every water treatment dealer on the same plain terms. Your data is yours and is never shared with another dealer.
How we work
We build what a dealership needs, in the order a dealership needs it. Pricing is plain – every feature in every plan – because gating the Service Due board behind a higher tier would be absurd to a dealer. Texting and card processing run through your own OpenPhone and Stripe accounts at their rates, so your money and your customer relationships stay yours.
Support comes from people who know this work. If you text about a rental that charged wrong, the person answering knows what a rental is.

What Cevora is
One system, one login, one record per customer. These are the parts, and every one of them is in every plan.
Leads and pipeline
Website form, ad platforms, Angi, referrals and the phone land in one pipeline with the source on the card. The rep is texted; the lead gets a reply; duplicates are caught; ZIP territories route the lead to the right person.
Site visit and water test
Hardness, iron, TDS, household size and the customer’s concern, recorded on the rep’s phone and carried onto the quote and the install.
Quotes and e-signature
Purchase, rental or financed, from one catalogue, with the discount, the install fee and the tax. The customer signs on their phone; the signature creates the contract and the autopay.
Installs and scheduling
Calendar, dispatch, the technician’s day on a phone, checklists with photos and serial numbers, the “on my way” text, inventory.
Rentals and service plans
Autopay through your Stripe account, a buyout that is always current, pause without back-billing, a contract change on re-sign, plans whose visits appear on the Service Due board on their own.
Texting that follows the rules
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review and referral asks through your OpenPhone number. One gate on every text: STOP honoured for the number forever, DND for the reps too, quiet hours on your clock.
Reports and commission
Revenue and billing, pipeline, reps, marketing by source, commission tiers by the discount given – and a report in your inbox on the schedule you choose.
Branches
More than one location, state or country: each branch keeps its own tax, phone number, hours and clock; the owner sees one business.
Your own address and brand
yourname.getcevora.com, your logo on quotes, emails and the pages your customers see.
The whole workflow, screen by screen, is on How it works; each part in detail is on Product.
What we believe about dealer software
The customer, not the job, is the unit
A job ends at the invoice. A water customer has a system in the basement for ten years. Everything in Cevora hangs off the customer and the system – the rental, the plan, the filters, the next visit, the referral.
The price goes on the page
You should not need a sales call to learn what software costs. Our prices are on the pricing page, month to month, and the trial is the full product.
Every feature on every plan
Plans differ by how many people and branches you run. A smaller dealer needs the Service Due board as much as a bigger one; it is not a reward for a higher tier.
Your money and your numbers stay yours
Card payments go to your Stripe account and texts go through your OpenPhone number. We do not sit between you and your customers or take a cut of your rentals.
Say what it does not do
Cevora does not sync to QuickBooks yet, does not run delivery routes, does not approve financing at the table. We say so on the compare page rather than in a demo you had to book to find out.
Work on a phone, in a truck
Every screen is built for a phone first. Nothing needs a mouse; nothing hides behind a hover.
Your data
Each business is its own tenant: your customers, contracts, messages and reports are separated from every other dealer’s at the database level, and nobody at another dealership can see them. Staff access inside your business is by role – owner, admin, front desk, sales rep, technician – and the sensitive parts (bank details, integration keys) are behind their own switches.
Card numbers never touch Cevora: payments run through your own Stripe account. Texts and replies are stored on the lead or customer they belong to. Your data is yours to export – customers, installed systems, contracts, payments – and if you leave, you take it with you.
Cevora runs on hosted cloud infrastructure in the United States over encrypted connections. The privacy policy, terms and texting policy say the rest in plain words.
What is coming, honestly
iPhone and Android apps that run the same system are in the works. QuickBooks sync, delivery routes and financing approval at the table are not built; they are on the list in that order, and the compare page names the products that have them today.
